Installation for the systems that move your warehouse.

We are an installation company. We don’t sell racks or conveyors. We install the systems you or your integrator purchase, safely and to plan.

Selective pallet rack installed in a distribution center

01

Rack installation

Industrial storage systems installed to your layout: frames plumb, beams locked, anchors set and safety accessories in place, ready for your team to load.

Conventional systems

  • Selective pallet rack. The most common system. Every pallet is directly accessible, ideal for high SKU variety and fast picking.
  • Double-deep rack. Stores pallets two deep to increase density while still using standard forklifts with deep-reach capability.
  • Drive-in / drive-through rack. Forklifts enter the rack lanes to store pallets on rails. High-density storage for large quantities of the same product.

Dynamic systems

  • Pallet flow rack (gravity flow). Pallets roll on inclined rollers from the loading side to the picking side. Ideal for FIFO rotation and perishable goods.
  • Push-back rack. Pallets are loaded and unloaded from the same aisle, sliding back on nested carts or rails. High density with LIFO rotation.
  • Carton flow rack. Inclined roller tracks that feed cartons or totes to the pick face. Built for high-volume order picking.

Conveyor installation

We install and set up conveyor systems for distribution and fulfillment, coordinated with your integrator and your schedule.

  • Roller and belt conveyor lines
  • Spiral conveyors, inclines and declines
  • Merges, transfers and curves
  • Conveyor runs through pick modules and mezzanines

03

Wire guidance installation

In-floor wire guidance systems for both manned and automated material handling equipment. A guide wire is embedded in the floor and emits a signal that the vehicle’s sensors follow, steering it automatically down the aisle.

  • Manned equipment. On very narrow aisle (VNA) turret trucks, the operator stays in control of lifting and picking while the wire keeps the truck perfectly centered.
  • Automated forklifts and AGVs. The same system lets the vehicle follow its full route with no operator at all.
  • The result. Safer aisles, less damage to your racking and faster operations.
